Bud Roberts, Mark Aceto and Chuck Muchmore are offering to serve as a panel of three arbitrators to decide your case for a flat fee. The total charge for 1/2 day session is $6000 which includes all preparation time.
Bud Roberts worked at State Farm as a senior litigator doing defense litigation for 26 years before retiring in 2017 to do mediation/arbitration work. He worked for the auto as well as the fire company and tried between one and three jury cases per year during his time at State Farm. He has served as a Judge Pro Tem for over 10 years.
Judge Aceto was a highly thought of and very fair Superior Court judge. His civil experience was with the AG’s office doing med malpractice defense. He was chosen as the ABOTA judge of the year in 2014. ABOTA is an invitation only organization comprised of trial lawyers, both Plaintiff and Defendant. He is retired from the bench and is now doing mediation work.
Chuck Muchmore started his practice doing insurance defense work for 17 years with O’Connor, Cavanagh and then started his own firm doing primarily plaintiff’s personal injury work. He is a certified trial specialist. He was appointed as Judge Pro Tem in 1983 which was when he started doing alternative dispute resolution. In 2015 he stopped representing clients and joined Scott & Skelly. In 2020 he started his own mediation service.
