Fee Schedule

I charge $350.00/ hr. divided equally between the parties for mediations and arbitrations done by me solely. I do not charge a cancellation fee but do charge for time that I have spent in the case up to the time of cancellation. For Flat Fee 1/2-day arbitrations, each counsel will pay each arbitrator the sum of $1,000 (for a total of $3,000 paid by each counsel for the arbitration panel). A flat fee 1/2-day 3 panel arbitration cost a total of $6,000. If the flat fee arbitration is cancelled within 5 calendar days prior to the set arbitration date, the amount of $3,000 ($1,500 to each party) will be refunded. Should the flat fee arbitration be cancelled more than 5 calendar days prior to the set arbitration date, the full fees for the arbitration will be refunded to the parties. Payment is due upon scheduling of the flat fee arbitration.
