I have been a litigating attorney for the better part of 40 years. For a majority of my career, 26 years, I worked as a senior trial attorney at State Farm. I have extensive experience litigating cases involving, personal injury, products liability, and premises liability. Based on my decades of experience, I have developed valuable skills in evaluating and valuing cases.
In 2017, I tried my last case with State Farm and started Bud Roberts Dispute Resolutions, LLC. In this role, I now mediate and arbitrate cases. I also serve on a three-person arbitration panel. This panel charges a flat fee to arbitrate cases and bring a final resolution to cases.
